As context to this comment, the residence that I/we have moved into in Milton Keynes was previously managed by a lettings company that was not as thorough as yours. We have felt quite bad for the landlord because of the damage caused by the previous tenant and which were not properly attended to by the lettings agent. Their low standards and level of professionalism has impacted us, as we have had to clean two residences during this transition and facilitate contractors coming into the residence to attend to an array of matters that were not properly attended to prior to our move-in.

I wish all lettings companies were as diligent in looking after the interests of the landlord and of the tenant as your company does because I have found you to be very fair in all the dealings which I have had with you in the past 5 years.
